The Cartzlink Support Ticket System allows users to create support tickets and track the status of their issues online.
This system helps provide organized, transparent, and efficient customer support.

π Creating a Support Ticket
Step 1: Open the Support Ticket Form
The user navigates to the Support / Help / Contact Support section on the Cartzlink platform.
Step 2: Fill in the Required Information
The support ticket form includes the following fields:
β’ Full Name
β’ Email Address
β’ Subject / Issue Category
β’ Issue Description
β’ Attachment (optional β screenshots or files)
Step 3: Submit the Ticket
After submitting the form:
β’ The system saves the ticket in the database
β’ A unique Ticket ID is generated
β’ The user receives a confirmation message or email
ποΈ Viewing Ticket Status
Users can view the status of their tickets using one of the following methods:
Method 1: Through User Account Login
β’ User logs in to their Cartzlink account
β’ Opens the My Tickets / Support Tickets section
β’ All created tickets and their current statuses are displayed
Method 2: Using Ticket ID
β’ User enters their Ticket ID and registered email address
β’ The system displays the current ticket status and details
π Ticket Status Types
A ticket can have one of the following statuses:
β’ Open β Ticket has been created successfully
β’ In Progress β Support team is reviewing the issue
β’ Waiting for User β Additional information is required from the user
β’ Resolved β Issue has been resolved
β’ Closed β Ticket has been closed

β’ Support agents can reply directly to tickets
β’ Users receive email notifications for updates
β’ Users can respond within the ticket thread
β’ Complete conversation history is saved for reference

β’ Only the ticket owner can view their ticket details
β’ User data is stored securely
β’ Uploaded files are handled securely
