Parts Issuance:
Basically, the feature is used for the issuance of Semi Finished Goods. First click on Inventory, then click on Data Entry and now click on Parts Issuance.
The following page will open as shown in the screen shot below.
First select From Godown.
Now select To Godown.
You may also load previous DO if required.
Vehicle No. and Van Driver recording options are also available.
Now select the products.
Once a product is selected, current details will appear on top.
Now enter Quantity against the product selected.
Payment terms can also be recorded.
Once all information is completed, click on the Green Save button at the bottom.
Your entry has been Saved.
You may edit it by clicking on the update button against this record.
A printing option is also available. Click on the printer icon against this record.
Now click on Print Invoice Qty wise sort.
The required document will appear in a new window with Print / Save options.
