You can use the following steps to create a new account:

Add User Account

  1. Login to cartzlink@itserver.biz on app.powerbi.com
  2. Go to settings -> Admin Portal
  3. Go to Users -> “Go to Microsoft 365 admin center”
  4. Add a new user, and set the email to <client>@itserver.biz, for example, cartzlink@itserver.biz
  5. Add the new account to Microsoft Authenticator on Sir Irfan’s phone.

Add the Report

  1. Connect to powerbi.itserver.biz, currently in the downloads folder, you will find several reports
  2. Duplicate any of them and open it, go to the data source and replace it to use the new client
  3. Ensure that the data is displayed correctly in the report.
  4. Log in using the new account and publish the report

Schedule Refresh

  1. Go to cartzlink@itserver.biz
  2. Go to Settings -> Gateways & Connectors, click on share access to the connector
  3. Add the new client
  4. Log in using the new client, go to semantic model -> Refresh -> Schedule Refresh
  5. Add a new connector and schedule a refresh time
