1. Overview
The client requested a solution to directly issue purchased machine parts from the warehouse (godown) to machines without passing through intermediate steps.
This requirement has been fulfilled by enhancing the Stock Transfer module in the ERP system.
The issuance process can now be managed via:

2.2 Field Behavior & Conditions

If From Godown is selected → From Machine field is automatically disabled.

If To Godown is selected → To Machine field is automatically disabled.

If From Machine is selected → From Godown field is automatically disabled.

If To Machine is selected → To Godown field is automatically disabled.
2.3 Item Loading Options
Items can be loaded into the issuance form in two ways:

By QR Code
-
By Product ID
Once scanned/entered, the system will fetch:

The selected product details
-
The current stock available
⚠ Important:
Before loading a product (via QR Code or Product ID), the user must select the correct From Godown or From Machine where the stock is physically available. Otherwise, the product will not load properly.
3. Admin Grid Enhancements
To improve visibility and reporting, the following fields have also been added to the Admin Grid:

4. Usage Flow

Navigate to the Stock Transfer Form.

Select From Godown or From Machine (where stock exists).

Select To Godown or To Machine (where stock needs to be issued).

Load the item using either QR Code Scan or Product ID.

Verify stock availability.

Submit the issuance.
