Data fetching

  • State of a carrier
  • Scan carrier to trace its last location, status, origin, destination Items Stock, etc.
  • State of purchase item by QR code
  • Scan a specific QR code from purchase to see its last transactions, Stock, Pi, Si and etc.

Issuance

Transfer stock to one or more locations from a single location. Steps:

  1. Scan a specific station (i.e. Godown, step, location, origin) QR code.
  2. Scan Carrier’s RFID or QR code which you use to carry items.
  3. Scan your destination by QR code
  4. Scan your Raw material QR code, small carriers which include (Baskets, boxes, etc).
  • There are three ways to issue items listed below:
    • Raw material issuance
    • In this case, you need to scan your purchased QR it will auto-set all data i.e. (item, qty, weight, etc) then you can modify qty accordingly.
    • Semi Goods
    • In this case, after scanning your main carrier you should select a product (which you want to produce) on the right-hand side.
    • Then you can scan your empty available carrier (basket) to issue an item, it will auto-fill the data which include qty, weight, etc it is also smart enough to remember its last state (qty and weight you have issued previously) against this item, and obviously, it is editable but first, you need to train the system accordingly OR If you want to copy qty of the previous row at the time of issuance then you need to enter a specific qty at the first row then it will copy it on the next row automatically after scanning the available (basket) QR to enhance your productivity. Note: You can avail yourself of only one of these features at a time.
    • You can also issue items directly in the main carrier only If you want to issue just a single item.
    • At last, you need to scan your main carrier again to end issuance.
    • Goods
    • As I described earlier after scanning the main carrier you should select a product (which you want to produce) on the right-hand side.
    • Now you have to scan carrier (boxes) one by one, it’ll auto-fill the data which include its max weight as weight, by default 1 as qty in pcs, etc (which is defined in the carrier form).
    • At last, you need to scan your main carrier again to end issuance.
    • Both Semi Goods & Goods Automation Process
    • At the end of the issuance after 5 minutes, all raw materials will consume automatically according to the recipe and produce that item in the system.
  • Semi Goods – Goods mandatory steps to follow:
    • In the case of (Goods) you need a few more stages to go through :
    • First, you need to define (in DOE) what Good this station will produce and issue to another step for further process.
    • Then you need to define a formula or recipe of this semi | good accordingly.

Receiving & Tabs

After scanning your station, on the scan page there are two Tabs for this purpose namely:

  1. Pending Tasks
  2. Whenever someone transfers stock through a carrier to your station it’ll be shown here.
  3. Then you have to scan your carrier in order to receive it.
  4. Then it will move to the Received Carrier tab for further process.
  5. Received Carrier
  6. After receiving, you can see what you have to unload from this carrier. For unloading, there are two buttons namely Full Unload and Partial Unload.
    • Full Unload ~ As the name suggests, it is used to unload all available stock in this carrier to your location (or station). Note: It’ll be seen at the top of each carrier section.
    • Partial Unload ~ This button will unload the specific item partially 0% to 99% or fully 100%, For instance: You have two items “A” and “B” whereas A’s quantity is 100 in Pcs and B’s quantity is 200 in Pcs. IF you want to unload Item A’ 50 Pcs then you just have to enter your respective quantity (or you don’t need to enter the quantity if you have to unload full item “A” which is 100 Pcs in this case) and click the Partial Unload button, same goes with item B. OR if you don’t want to unload Item B it’ll remain in the carrier until the next unloading.
    • Move to (optional) ~ As upon the previous scenario of items A’s and B’s, If some of the items remained in the carrier and you don’t need them, like item “B” then you can transfer it to another station, by using the Move to option.

Modification in Issuance

At the bottom of the scan page, there is a data grid, where you can see your last transactions. In those transactions, you have a Green Edit icon by clicking on it you will go into the Edit Mode then you can make changes accordingly.

Note: In Edit Mode, you can modify the quantity, and you can remove the items.
