Making A Finished Good Product / Dispense

In this course, we make our finished good product. It should be refinement raw materials, powders, and liquid. This procedure is organized in the production house. Like there are two types one is the CDL method that goes through all the way to the CAM machine that performs and dispenses automatically. Firstly in short way check first the PO’s incomplete batch series than perform wisely. And the second one is the MDF method which performs manually. All you need is firstly to have a login, a laptop that has internet access, an RFID scanner machine that must be connected to your laptop, and also a weight machine too. Let’s read out and learn precipitate how to perform the task:

MDF METHOD

1. On the top of your left, Click FST > Reports > Dispense Screen.
2.  Put the batch number of what you want to dispense or want to prepare a final product on Batch No. Search Box.
3.  After the website reload automatically all the results of the batch number you want to prepare for the final product will be shown down below.
4.  Take all of the drum or the can from the MDF section below from its location.
5.  After grabbing off the drums and the cans.
6.  Scan the first drum RFID into the scanner.
7.  After scanning > The pouring report will be on your screen at the end of the page > Put the drum or can of the product you want to ready > Start pouring the drum material into the drum or can.
8.  Check how much you have to pour on your screen > When you pour, the filling section will start increasing itself (pour 0% to 100%).
9.  After you poured the drum material from 0% to 100% > Stop pouring > Click on save.
10.  If you have more than 1 drums or cans > Re-Do the same process from 6 to 9 points of the method.
