Box Code stands for is have a 6 digits number to hide the name of a product or consumer name. Box Code created in the website of the Lab office. First of all, you need a consumer name and the product name to generate the code for the product and it is also be knowing the product is for matching or for extracting form, Also you have to put the short form of the product if you have the fine fragrance we call it FF in the code word, so it’s mean is to let you know that there are several types of code word for the different types of products. Below is the procedure to generate a box code in most efficiency way:
- Firstly login to the website > Click Lab >Click on Box Code Entry.
- Firstly select the purpose in the Reason box.
- Put the name of Team Member (Ex. Faisal Iqbal) in the Team Member* box.
- Now put the company name in the Company Name box.
- Put the Contact number of the company for whom you are going to make the sample.
- Now put the name of who is giving you to make the sample in the Remarks box.
- Now select the sample type (ex. if its a fine fragransce then select FF).
- Now give the code in the Box Code column.
- Put down the sample name of the product in the Sample Name box.
- Now select the purpose of the product if it is for matching then select matching or if it is for extracting then select extracting in the Purpose column.
- Now when you write down all the details then click on Create.
