General Terms and Conditions:
- All medical receipts must be prescribed by the doctor / Homeopathic doctor / Registered Hakim.
- The patient’s name must be on the medical bill/medicine receipt.
- It is mandatory to have the computer-printed receipt of the medicine, otherwise, the receipt should bear the seal of the medical store.
- It is a mandatory 10% discount on medicines, otherwise, the company will sanction the bill after the deduction of 10%. All bills are mandatory, otherwise, the company will not cover them.
- A 10% discount is exempted on the following company’s medicines:-
- Homeopathic Medicines
- Hamdard Medicines
- Qarshi Medicines
- Herbal / Hakemi Medicines
- The medical bill will be passed in the same month as the medical receipt, old bills will not be considered.
- In case of medical bills of delivery exceeding 20000/-, inform the company 45 days in advance.
- All medical claims related to the delivery cases will be settled within three months of submission to the office.

- Cosmetic and Plastic Surgery
- Gender Reassignment
- Dental Procedures [Covered only in case of accidents]
- Sleeping disorders, psychiatric, mental, or any nervous disorder
- Treatment relating to Fertility & IVF
- Personal expenses like telephone, guests’ meal, and non-medical items
