1. Purpose:
The purpose of this policy is to maintain a professional and financially safe workplace and to prevent employees from using workplace relationships or Company resources for personal investment activities.
2. Prohibited Activities:
Employees are strictly prohibited from:
- Soliciting, encouraging, or persuading colleagues to invest or transfer money in any personal investment, trading, funding, or financial scheme.
- Pressuring or repeatedly approaching colleagues to participate in any investment opportunity.
- Collecting, receiving, pooling, or transferring money from colleagues on behalf of any individual, company, platform, scheme, or third party.
- Using one’s relationship to persuade another employee to make a financial investment.
3. Personal Financial Activities:
Employees are responsible for their own personal financial decisions. Any personal investment or financial transaction must remain separate from Company business and workplace activities.
Employees must not involve colleagues in personal financial arrangements where such involvement may create disputes, conflicts of interest, workplace disruption, or financial pressure.
4. Reporting of Violations:
Any employee who becomes aware of prohibited investment solicitation, pressure, unauthorized collection of funds, or related activities in the workplace may report the matter to the HR Department.
All such complaints will be reviewed by the Company as deemed appropriate.
5. Disciplinary Action:
Any employee found to have violated this policy may be subject to disciplinary action based on the nature and severity of the violation.
Where, after an appropriate internal inquiry/investigation, the violation is established, the Company reserves the right to take disciplinary action, including:
- Written warning;
- Final warning;
- Suspension or other appropriate disciplinary action; or
- Termination of employment.
In cases of unauthorized receipt of funds or serious financial misconduct, where the violation is proven, the company may immediately terminate the employee’s employment in accordance with applicable laws and its own regulations.
6. Professional Conduct:
All employees are expected to maintain professional boundaries and ensure that personal financial activities do not affect workplace relationships, Company operations, or the working environment.
