All CARTZ Link employees are cautioned to adhere to the following disciplinary policy.

  • Any unusual noise or violence will not be tolerated.
  • Hate speech or prejudice of any kind will not be tolerated.
  • Use of offensive language in the workplace is strictly prohibited.
  • Use of Smoking, Paan, Gutka, Mainpuri, snuff, or any intoxicant is not allowed on the office premises.
  • Any Damage to office property.
  • Sitting by someone without any work or interfering with their work and wasting their time and others.

Violation of the Office Disciplinary Policy may result in disciplinary action, which is as follows:

  • A first and final warning will be issued for any offense.

  • Both parties involved must not only apologize to each other for the use of offensive language, but also extend an apology to the company.

  • In the case of a second offense, serious disciplinary action will be taken, which may include termination.
