In this course of action, you grasp how to blend two or more chemicals or a single chemical for a consumer. You need to log in before. This method performs in the production department. You must have the consumer name, a weight machine that is plugged into your PC or a laptop, a scanner that scan your RFID, and a can or whatever the consumer demands the chemical in. After You master the procedure below you will become an expert of dispensing method.
- On the top of the left Click FST > Reports > POS.
- Search consumer name > copy the batch number.
- Go to the top Click FST > Data Entry > PO Base Weight.
- Paste the batch number in (the Batch No. search box).
- When the dialogue box opened > Put the can or whatever the consumer is demanding the chemical in (Check the remarks) onto the weight machine.
- Save it.
- Go to the top Click FST > Data Entry > Dispense Screen.
- Copy the batch number ( 1 to 2 same procedure).
- Paste the batch number in the (Batch No. search box) > Click on submit.
- Now you have the drums locations.
- Pick up the drums from the given locations.
- Now you have the Product location on to your screen > Copy the RFID > paste in the Batch No. search box > Click on submit.
- After the RFID scan completed > Double tap the batch number copy it > Paste it in the Batch No. search box > Refresh the Tab.
- Now scan the RFID of the drum to the scanner.
- Now you have all the reports on your screen > Now start poring into the can.
- Pore as much as given to your screen > 0-100% > Stop poring > Save > ex. if you have 2 drums that you pick from the given location then do this method twice.
