A sample status means to see all the reports of a sample that send to the consumer or to the franscent shop. We also create a sample entry by just giving the product name and the box code to the website it will automatically update the report and will create the status of a sample.
HOW TO SAMPLE ENTRY:
- First login > Click Lab > Click on Sample Entry.
- Put the box code in the Product column > Click on Get Box Code in the Child Name column > Put the product name in the next Child Name column.
- Now go down to the page and click on Create or press Enter key.
HOW TO SEE REPORTS:
- First login > Click Lab > Click on Sample Status.
- If you want to see the status of the reports Click on Reports there > The new tab will be open > Search the box code or the product name or whatever you have, search there and see the reports.
