In this method, we will learn how to pick up and deliver or sent an empty pixel bottle to be refilled in the production house. This process performs in the pilot sample lab and in the production house. All you need is to have access to the web, A RFID scanner, a weight machine, and a basket. So easy to follow up, without any further a do let’s get started:

  1. Whenever the chemical is finished from the pixels, All you need is to get a refill entry sheet from the lab office.
  2.  Now grab and put all of the pixels in the basket which is emptied> Open up the website > Login > Open up the Shelf Testing tab.
  3.  Go down the page of the Find Location bar > Gently scan each pixel RFID to the RFID scanner after clicking on RFID Front, bottom, or top select any one type and scan > After scanning.
  4.  The pixel number will be there instantly with the red text when you scan.
  5.  Write down each pixel number in the sheet you want to refill in the Pixel No row.
  6.  After you wrote down > Get the weight of each empty pixel from the weight machine > Write down the exact weight (suppose 265) in the Empty Wt Bottle row of the sheet.

Now it’s time to sent the empty pixels bottles basket to the production house for the chemical refilling of each pixels, After the refill process and you picked up, Now:

  • Get the refill entry sheet > Get the total weight of each pixel and write down the weight in the Gross weight column.
  • After you wrote it down now put the net weight in the Net wt row.
    • How to get the net weight: Simply just subtract the after total weight from the before the total weight of the pixel.
  •  Now get the approval of the sheet.
  •  After the approval just scans the first pixel RFID to the scanner in the Shelf Testing Tab > Find Location bar box in the down of the page > Scan the RFID by clicking the type for scan option (like if i click to the Rfid bottom and scan the bottom RFID to the scanner after clicking in the search box) > The pixel number will be there > Click ON, the exact light will be power on of the pixel > put the pixel there, do it with all of the pixels each by each.
  •  Now click on the Off All button on the left bottom of the tab.
