In this course of action, we learn to how to make a sample with a mixture of different chemicals. We made this sample for the next procedure called maturation. this process proceed in the pilot sample lab. There are three types of steps below:

THE PICKUP PROCESS

All of the pixels bottles are in their own places. The Shelf has a green light, where the software helps you to reach the exact location where to get it and where to put it. There are three RFID on various types of spots on a pixel bottle. One is on the top of the bottle, the Second is on the bottom of the bottle, And the third is in the center of the pixel bottle. In this method you have to mix all the pixels into a beaker with the help of dropper, you also need a scale weight machine for this method, A software too, and a login also to the website. Start with the only 12 pieces pixels from the completed basket which has been scanned. Here are the easiest steps to proceed:

  • First go to the website and login > Click on Ready For Mixing.

  • The mixing process tab will be open > click on the search box > Scan the any RFID of the first pixel bottle to the RFID scanner > See the Quantity.
  • Connect the scale machine > Open up the Weight Scale software > Put the beaker onto the weight machine > Plug the scale machine to your laptop > Now Click on the OPEN button of the software > The popup will open > Click OK there.
  • Now go to the Web page again > Open up the pixel > Pour exact quantity that is written with the Quantity > Closed the pixel bottle > Now click on the Get Weight > The Weight with the same quantity will be highlighted & wrote automatically with the green tick.
