QR Code Generation

QR Codes can be generated by using Generate QR Code or QR Code Label.

QR Code Label (DocTypeId 1499) Generation

After you input the values, enter the quantity and click generate to generate the QR code.

Gross Weight and Maximum Weights are required.

Contractor code is required if you select the contractor.

QR Code Issuance

The following pages are used:

Scan, (Carrier or Carrier Bag), JobSteps

Issue QR Code

1. Select a JobStep from JobSteps page and enter it in Scan page
2. Enter a Carrier (type – trolley) into the carrier field and make sure to press enter.
3. (OPTIONAL) Select product, contractor and contractor code
4. Enter a carrier (type – box or bag) from carrier or carrier bag page in the QR codes list
5. Enter TO jobstep in toGodown field.
6. Copy the Carrier (trolley) from carrier field to end issuance field and press enter

Receive QR Code

1. Search TO jobstep on Scan page
2. Select the Pending Tasks Tab and enter the carrier previously entered in carrier field, press enter.
3. Again enter the TO Jobstep.
4. Go to recieved orders and click unload all.
5. Wait for the success message to appear.
