Pixel Refill Method In Production

In this type of method, We learn how to refill the pixels bottle that came all the way from the laboratory into the production house. All you need to perform the task you must have a weight machine, an RFID scanner that scans automatically when you use to get the bottle closely onto the RFID scanner, and website accessibility. So now without wasting any time more let’s get started:

1. First, Go to the top of the page Click FST > Data Entry > Refill Request.
2.  After opening the Refill request page > Click on the load data search box then scan the RFID of your pixel to scan the machine > Click Load.
3.  Then the CDL and the other details will appear > Get a sticker > Write the CDL number on the sticker and stick it onto the pixel bottle (For remembering, When the CDL usage finish remove the sticker).
4.  Now go to the request quantity search box and write down the bottle quantity in the search box (the quantity already written onto the pixel sticker) > Click Create.
5.  After the details appear copy the RL number from the RL# box.
6.  Now open up the new tab > Open up the site > On your left Click on FST > Data Entry > Refill Lab.
7.  Click on Refill Doc# search box > Paste the copied RL number > Click on Submit.
8.  Now scan the RFID of the pixel bottle to the scanner > Click Scan.
9.  After the details appear> Copy the first drum number > Get or grab the product from its location.
10.  Now again open up the new tab > Open up the site > FST > Reports > Location View.
11.  After opening up the page > Paste the copied drum number on the Location view search box > Click on submit.
12.  After the details appear > copy the RFID.
13.  Now come back to the Refill Lab page > Now paste the copied RFID to the RFID Scan (FRM) search box > Click submit.
14.  Now the refill method and other reports will appear on your screen.
15.  Now put the pixel which you want to refill onto the weight machine > Now start pouring the chemical from the bottle you got it from the location > Pour 0% to 100% (ex. if you want 30g, just pour 30g into the pixel bottle).
16.  After the chemical is poured from 0% to 100% > Click on Save.
