In this procedure, we will learn how to manufacture raw materials of chemicals in a liquid state. This cycle is manufactured in the production house. You must require a shaking machine, a scanner that scans the QR code label, and a website login. A shaking machine can shake the drums or the cans in just sixty minutes. There must be several ways to execute but below are the easiest method to do that:
- On the top left of the page click Click FST > Data Entry > Record Shaking.
- Plug the label scanner into the laptop.
- Click on Scan Machine search box > Scan the label with the help of the scanner machine.
- After scanning.
- Put and fix the drum or the can of the raw material onto the shaking machine.
- Now Click on Scan Box Code search box > Put the drum number > Click ENTER press key.
- The shaking machine starts automatically and will start shaking the drum or the can and you will have all the drum info on your screen.
- After the Completion in 60 minutes > Shaking machine stops it self from shaking.
- Click on Stop Shaking button on your screen.
- The website automatically gets the reports recorded.
