The software gives you an alert to scan the remaining stock where you put RFID on drums. All the drums are located in the production department. Slightly open the discrepancy reports, then you have all the reports on your screen. Open up the dialog box (not scan last 3 days), and you will be able to see all the recent last three days of drum numbers and the location. You need RFID STATION software, a laptop plugged into your scanner machine after opening up the software. Scan all the drums which are in their located places. When your scanning process complete, just upload the stock and refresh the website page. Your stock will be uploaded successfully.
- On the top left of the page Click FST > Reports > Discrepancy Reports.
- The next move is to Click on Not scan last 3 days dialog box > All the drums’ locations and the other reports will be shown.
- Plug your laptop into the scanner machine > Open the RFID STATION software > On the top left Click on Dashboard.
- Scan all the drums which are located in their places each by each, just put the scanner face onto that drum RFID, and the scanner will automatically scan the drum and get the record into your software.
- After you completed the Scanning machine procedure completed.
- On the top left, Click on Stock Upload > After opening the tab > All the scanned drums will be on the page > click Upload Stock.
- Go to the website again > refresh the page > The scan results will be uploaded.
