Status: 

Service Status can be defined through this Master Entry. Click on Sales then go to Master Entry then go to Service and then click on Status.

Following page will open as shown in the screenshot below.

Now input the name of the New Service Status required as per the requirements.

Once entered, click on the Save button at the bottom.

Your New defined Service Status has been created and saved.

You may edit it as per the requirement by clicking on update against this record.
