When you want to change the location from the existing inventory location. You must know the existing spot of the drum before changing it to the new location. Below is the easiest way to change the locations from the software:
- Top of the page click FST > Data Entry > Stock Transfer Formula.
- After opening up the page > Enter the location > To From Godown box.
- Then Click on the To Godown box > Select where you want to change the existing location.
- If you don’t know the location > Open up a new page > and open the site.
- Go to FST > Reports > Location View.
- After opening up the page > enter your drum number there.
- Click Submit then all of the details of the drum will be given on your screen.
- Copy the location from the detail box > paste it to From godown Box.
LABEL ON A DRUM, A CAN, OR ON A BOTTLE
This process can be performed after you change the location or if you want a label on a new drum. You must know the serial number of the drum. you also need a printer machine that is plugged into pc or a laptop. below is the easiest way to do that method:
- On the top of the page on the left Click FST > Reports > Location View.
- After opening up the page > Enter your drum number (you want the label on).
- The details will be on your screen > Copy the serial number from there.
- After you copy the serial number > Open up a new page > and open the web > log in.
- After logging in > Click on FST > Reports > Print RFID Label.
- After opening the label page > Paste your copied serial number into From Serial Number# box > And in the To Serial Number# box.
- After pasting > Choose which type of label you want (like for now we want a drum label) > Select it.
- Click on Enter Press Key.
- The print dialog box will be opened > Click on the print icon (you must be plugged the printing machine into your laptop).
- Click Print > Grab the sticker > and stick on to the drum.
