Shop Order Request when out of stock:
- Whenever shop has a product that is out of stock they make ST Order FST.
- That order is show in Awaiting SO in FST.
- That order is then dispatched from the Awaiting SO and is received by the dispatch team in FST.
- The dispatch team then fills the particular drum for that order and then that drum is transferred to the shop that requested it.
- The shop that request it will then be able to see that order in Pending TO page from where they will receive that product and a GRN for that drum will be created and stock will increase
